Description:Parata System is the leading manufacturer of pharmacy automation for retail and Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacies. The MCS will partner with our sales team to leverage their direct LTC knowledge with the benefit of Parata PASS to accelerate sales in this market space. This is a customer facing role that requires 50% travel. The person in this role should reside near a major airport in a city West of the Mississippi.

  • Manage existing and new sales team opportunities to assist in strategizing market approach and positively impacting customer purchasing decisions.
  • Aid sales team in achieving Parata PASS unit and revenue goals.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner and participating in team sales calls, proposal development and field Sales presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed MCS monthly and quarterly saleís plan which is directly tied to sales team success.
  • Serve as a corporate subject matter expert on the LTC space and provide feedback on marketing and consulting strategies.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to aid in market penetration.
  • Aid in identifying current concerns with Parata PASS adoption (both pharmacy and facility level) and apply personal LTC experience to counter such challenges.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage Parata PASS offering in areas not currently in consideration.
  • Assist in new product development and requirement definition, based on product and market insight.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for the field to get customer and sales obstacles resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work with Parata Consulting and marketing teams to standardize programs, tools and templates (problem-solving analysis and sales presentations for prospects, marketing toolkit) including Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns and reporting.
  • Use SFDC to track all activities, opportunities, conversions and revenue goals.
  • Aid in establishing vendor partnerships that will provide joint value in LTC space (ie. Carts, eMars etc)
  • Attend major LTC industry functions to maintain touch with industry and market trends that can influence Parataís success.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 yearís experience in LTC market.
  • LTC market experience includes:
  • Roles within pharmacies that serve the LTC market
  • Onsite work at LTC/SNF/CCRX in roles such as DON/LPN/Med-tech/CAN etc.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of LTC market, specifically related to facility operation and medication management
  • Ability to relate LTC personal experience to create a sense of trust and understanding with our customers
  • Organized and capable of balancing remote and field requests
  • Must possess exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have advanced interpersonal skills and be dependable and outgoing
  • Must be comfortable speaking to various types of stakeholders ranging from C-Level executives to Pharmacy staff
  • Must exhibit proficiency in PC based software programs, particularly Power Point, Excel, Project and Word
  • Documented track record of exceeding business objectives.
