Description:In this role, you will work with closely with business process experts, staff, and stakeholders to identify and document needs and write-up solutions to be configured or developed on the Salesforce.com platform. This position will provide technical oversight and direction to ensure the Salesforce.com application aligns with, and meets business requirements. You will be expected to provide best practices recommendations for processes, configuration, integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinements.
Duties:•Capture and document work flow processes and procedures
•Configure Salesforce.com based on requirements and best practices
•Utilize acquired knowledge of Salesforce.com and the business to analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in design and implementation of new functionality
•Research potential business requirement solutions using various resources including but not limited to the Salesforce.com AppExchange
•Manage project tasks and effort in the Project management tool
•Manage service and support requests and effort in the Incident Management tool
•Assist in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process including creating and validating UAT scripts and coordinating UAT process with users
•Create training materials and conduct training
•Create testing plans and procedures
•Create and manage reports and dashboards
•Make changes to data with data loader and other tools
Qualifications:Required Skills

•3+ years implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com; SFDC power-users will be considered; other CRM experience will be considered in lieu of SFDC
•Salesforce.com (or other CRM) experience in configuration, support, and analyst roles
•Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing integrating, and supporting solutions
•Experience working directly with internal customers and project owners
•Experience with Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Call Center functionality within Salesforce.com or other CRM

Desired Experience (but not required):

•Salesforce.com certifications
•Salesforce.com Visual Force and Apex Development experience
•Salesforce.com Customer Portal experience
