| Duties: | Duties/Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deliver code based upon business requirements, functional specs and detailed design documents.
Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications including but not limited to configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
Independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
Interact with key partners and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration.
Define, design, and implement, object-oriented software applications.
Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall development process.
Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse.
Design, implement and execute unit tests for integrated systems.
Reconciles test results from different tests and different groups. Assesses readiness and deviation of product/project performance based upon test results and product specifications.
Assists Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems.

| Qualifications: | Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field with five plus years of practical knowledge and experience in software development
Prior experience required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in C#, .NET, and familiarity with UML design.
Experience in pharmacy application development, e.g., pill dispensing, pharmacy systems preferred, but not required.
Microsoft .Net experience with WinForms, Communications (Remoting/WCF), Web preferred.
Familiar with the Microsoft Team Foundation System (TFS) development environment.
Some SQL 2005/2008 experience with SQL queries.
