| Description: | As a member of the Parata Corporate Project Management Office, this person will direct and/or manage all aspects of corporate directed projects, from inception to closure. This person will also be responsible for working with other members of the Parata Corporate Project Management Office to define and maintain the standards of processes related to project management within the Parata organization by developing, maintaining and deploying the governing guidelines and principles that all corporate and other important projects at Parata will be managed and measured by. The primary goal of this position is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods for all corporate projects and to become the source for guidance, documentation and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing project within the organization.

| Duties: | Performs the duties outlined in the description of the Corporate Project Management Office as needed to support the Parata business requirements
Meets monthly with the Parata Corporate Executives to provide status updates on all related portfolios, programs and associated corporate projects
Directs and/or manages day to day business and project operations for assigned corporate projects from requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and close out
Directs and/or manages delivery projects for MIS software/solution implementations for large and medium scale corporate projects
Directs and/or manages projects for product launches
Develops corporate guidelines and principles for project portfolio, program and project management
Drives implementation project life cycle from inception through closure for all assigned corporate aligned projects
Oversees discovery workshops and assessments and assists with RFIs/RFPs for corporate projects
Generates and drives corporate project schedules, milestones, and phase review processes
Maintains an accurate project plan, adheres to deadlines and communicates weekly project status reports, issues, alerts, signoffs and closure to the team, management and the customer
Forecasts revenue and resource requirements for the duration of the assigned corporate projects
Maintains alignment of statement of work, project scope and overall business objectives
Assesses and monitors risks. Identifies, evaluates, recommends and manages mitigating actions commensurate with risk levels
Follows established change management procedures should corporate project plans or schedules be adjusted
Uses project and portfolio management accountability methods and processes to ensure quality corporate projects
Manages customer expectations fully and acts as customer liaison
Builds relationship with clients and project teams that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust
Documents lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement
Leverages project experiences and successes to develop customer success stories
Performs other duties, as assigned

| Qualifications: | Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials
Essential
Bachelors degree, preferably in a quantitative or business related field, with
3 years of experience in project management
Essential Equivalent

Proven record of on-time delivery of high quality implementations
Demonstrated skills of managing multiple clients projects simultaneously
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project)
Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion
